“ My family and I enjoyed a meal here late evening as the sunset. This restaurant is on a beautiful and peaceful property. The chef puts heart and soul into the food. There wasn’t anything brought out that we didn’t like. Our biggest disappointment is that they are closed Monday, Tuesday so we can’t go back during our visit in the poconos. The herbal tea was made with fresh leaves and smelled divine. The lemonade was the best I have had no tartness to it and not overly sweet just refreshing. In the past I thought I did not like hummus. This place changed my mind. The skirt steak was the chef’s recommendation and the star of the show. We also tried the lamb burger, and ShacKufta. If it wasn’t the fresh ingredients and traditions passed down then it must have been the love put into every dish! ”

The combination of flavors from different dishes and drinks fit together. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. Unbelievable. “ Shockingly good food found creek-side — this relaxing spot is a mix of rustic and chic, and belies some extraordinary cooking you won’t believe you’ve stumbled upon. GET THE STEAK! While the lamb burger — served Israeli-style in pita — was an experience itself; and the grilled salmon was prepared to utter perfection; the skirt steak was just... life changing. My wife stole the first bite off my plate, and I almost laughed at the look of amazed satisfaction that settled on her face; that is, until I took my own taste, and realized that look of bliss was in no way misplaced. My face took on the same silly expression of satisfaction, as did the guy one table over, as he tried his steak. This glory over-shown the other (excellent) food, including the properly-good hummus and the pleasantly subtle, but oh so satisfying, lemonade. Friendly folks, too. Just spectacular, Koby — thanks for making my evening special. The location also sports some idyllic outdoor seats, so be sure to sit outside if you pass through in summer. ”

“ We accidentally came across this place and thought it looked interesting—OMG, best salmon ever! Perfectly crispy on the outside and so tender inside. It’s a shame we live so far away. There were so many delicious-looking items on the menu, I wish I could try them all. The owner and server were both so pleasant and welcoming. ”
